Earth Balance sucks. I was making rice and it said put 1/2 tbsp of butter in it. I put the measuring spoon thing into the Earth Balance and it just fucking snapped. Haha why is Earth Balance so thick?
sounds like your measuring spoon was shitty! Or maybe the earth balance was too cold? hmmm
Earth balance makes sticks with the TBSP measurement increments on it for easy cutting.

whoa, I’ve never had that happen. In general though you can keep it out of the fridge and it’ll be a perfect consistency; esp. in winter, it won’t melt but it’ll probably be a lot softer!
